North Wales autumn wedding

This North Wales autumn wedding was a truly special wedding for me for several reasons! One of them being that I have photographed Sarah and David several times already, twice on the Isle of Man and twice in North Wales! A year and a half before their wedding, they eloped on the Isle of Man and we started their elopement with a trip to the Wildlife Park to feed red pandas! That was one of the truly unique moments in my job!

A few months later, we met up in Betws-y-Coed for a very autumnal photoshoot. And a year later came their beautiful autumnal wedding in Llandudno and Bodnant Welsh Food.

Sarah and David are both incredible and such fun people! Sarah is also a fellow photographer herself. Their joyous energy is absolutely infectious and you can’t help but be happy around them!

And autumn has got to be my favourite time of the year for photography! All those gorgeous vibrant colours, the fairy lights and pumpkins! I love autumn!

Holy Trinity church in Llandudno

We started the morning at Sarah’s parents house in Llandudno. It was a really lovely and relaxed morning! We then headed on to the beautiful Holy Trinity church. Unfortunately, it was getting renovated at the time, so it had scaffolding on the outside and large curtains covering some of the scaffolding inside too. But despite that, it is such a stunning church and I loved photographing in it!

Bodnant Welsh Food in Conwy Valley

I have not been to Bodnant Welsh Food in any other time of the year, but it surely must be at it’s most beautiful in autumn! The warm stone, the fairy lights, the decorations – it was just magical!

Sarah and David’s wedding reception was filled with love and laughter and so much fun! It’s definitely a wedding that I will always remember. And I will treasure the memories of capturing this incredible North Wales autumn wedding!
